Yay!!! We're really excited. We've got it under contract right now. Today was the inspection (to make sure there weren't any major problems that we weren't willing to deal with). It went well and we're hoping to close in 2 weeks on Carmans birthday (22nd)! Here are the specs: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, bonus room (really big bedroom w/o a closet), 2 car garage, double doors to the master bedroom, 1830 sq feet, eat-in kitchen, dining room, big family room, secret attic space in the bonus room, mysteriously missing knob to the garden tub in the master bathroom, walk-in closet, built in 2000, foreclosure ($$good deal for us$$), vinyl siding, pool in the neighborhood, close to the interstate, new carpet, fresh bright white paint, and a power outlet in the coat closet!

I especially love the power outlet in the coat closet part...I'm sure you will be able to think of tons of funny things to do with your kids like scary noises and creepy light etc. Super congratulations though!!! It looks really nice, and sounds great too! Happy birthday Carman!
